A friend of mine travelled through one of the provinces in Andhra Pradesh (By chance) in India that Gates poisoned, and he related that it was horrific ... He paid them sweet FA in Rupees and the certificates for testing were falsified, not a hard thing to achieve in India, unfortunately. In retrospect, he admitted he should have taken photos, interviewed locals on film, and documented the whole thing, but the world was different in 2009 and Gates wasn't so much of an immediate danger. Plus, he said he honestly just wanted to get out of the place, as it stank of misery and pain and anger.
